What size storage unit do I need?
It’s important to choose the proper unit size so that you don’t overpay for too much space or end up needing a larger unit down the line. Do you sell locks?
Yes. We sell locks for your convenience. They’re only $15, which is very inexpensive compared to suggested retail price. These locks are large, durable, and difficult to tamper with.
Do I have to purchase insurance through your facility?
No. We have coverage on our property, but it’s up to you whether or not you insure your belongings. We highly encourage renters insurance and can recommend a local agent to assist you. While we do recommend checking with your current provider, we do not require you to purchase a policy before renting with us.
Is my deposit refundable?
Yes, your deposit may be eligible for a refund upon move-out with 10 days written notice and the unit left clean and empty.
How long has your company been in operation?
Mid America Self Storage has been locally owned and operated for over 25 years. Many of our customers love the fact that they can get the space they need while supporting a local business (as opposed to a large chain).
Who are your primary customers?
Most of our Lebanon tenants are local residents. We also provide affordable storage solutions to businesses and military members, with the majority of our military customers coming from Fort Leonard Wood.
